消費税率引き上げおよび、軽減税率制度の実施に伴う対応につきまして

平素より弊社をご愛顧賜り、厚く御礼申し上げます。

2019年10月1日（火）から実施される消費税率の10％への引き上げ、および軽減税率制度の導入に伴い、スターバックスでは、以下の通りの対応をさせて頂きますので、お知らせいたします。

（1）お持ち帰り専用商品を除いて、店内飲食・To Go(お持ち帰り)の場合で、お客様にお支払いいただく税込価格が異なります。

・To Go(お持ち帰り)の場合：本体価格（税抜価格）+消費税8％
・店内飲食の場合：本体価格（税抜価格）+消費税10％

※ご家庭用のコーヒー豆（スターバックスオリガミ®やスターバックスヴィア®などのシングルサーブコーヒー含む）は、お持ち帰り専用の飲食料品として、消費税率は一律8％となります。
※マグカップやタンブラーなどのグッズ類につきましては、消費税率は一律10％となります。
※スターバックスカードの発行・入金金額および、Starbucks eGiftの購入金額は非課税です。

（2）店内表示価格は、今まで通り、すべて本体価格（税抜価格）となっております。
税込価格につきましては、2019年10月1日（火）以降に、レシートおよびレジのカスタマーディスプレイ表示にてご確認ください。

（3）本体価格（税抜価格）の変更はいたしません。

（4）10月1日に開始した経済産業省によるポイント還元制度(正式名称「キャッシュレス・消費者還元事業」）に関しまして、スターバックスコーヒージャパン株式会社はポイント還元対象企業ではありません。ただし、出店している商業施設とその商業施設が提供する決済手段によっては、対象となる場合もございます。詳しくは、各商業施設にご確認ください。

Thank you as always for supporting Starbucks.

This it to inform you that Starbucks will take the following steps in line with the consumption tax increase and introduction of dual tax system including the Reduced Tax Rate System.

As the consumption tax rate will increase to 10% and the Reduced Tax Rate System of 8% will be introduced on October 1, 2019, Starbucks will take the following steps.

1.Different tax rates will be applied when the customers purchase items To Go or For Here. This does not apply to To-Go-only items.

・To Go:Base price (pre-tax price) + 8％ consumption tax
・For Here:Base price (pre-tax price) + 10％ consumption tax

※8% consumption tax will apply to all home-use coffee products (including single-serve coffee such as Starbucks ORIGAMI® and Starbucks VIA®) as they are purchased To-Go only.
※10% consumption tax will apply to all merchandises including mugs and tumblers.
※Loading values on Starbucks Cards and Starbucks eGift are tax-exempt.

2.In our stores, we will be indicating pre-tax prices.
Tax-inclusive prices will be indicated on the receipts and the customer displays starting October 1, 2019.

3.Base prices (pre-tax prices) will remain the same.

4.Starbucks Coffee Japan Co., Ltd. is not eligible for the Point Reward System (officially referred to as ‘Point Reward Project for Consumers using Cashless Payment’), which was introduced by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry on Oct 1st.

There may be exceptional cases where the Point Reward System applies to certain Starbucks stores, depending on the commercial facilities in which the stores reside, or, the payment methods provided by such facilities. Please check with each commercial facility for more details.
